Cancellation Policy

A complimentary 30-minute consultation or previous session is recommended before purchasing any packages to ensure hypnotherapy aligns with your needs and goals. Complimentary consultations that are canceled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, will result in forfeit of the $25 deposit. Even though consultations are complimentary, they are subject to the fee because the time was booked exclusively for you. Upon completion of the consultation appointment the $25 deposit will be applied to your following appointment or refunded if hypnotherapy does not align with your goals. ------------------------------------- Payment Payment for a single session is expected at the time of booking via the online booking payment processor. There are a number of options to do so including Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payment for packages is expected at the time of purchase. At this time, payment plans are not available directly through the practice, but may be through "PayPal Pay Later" (at their discretion). ------------------------------------- Cancellations, No-Shows, & Reschedules Available session slots are limited, so there is a strict no-show, cancellation and reschedule policy. Clients are sent an appointment reminder 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, click the link in the email to cancel or reschedule by simply selecting a new date and time that works for you. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee or one of the prepaid session credits. Emergencies do happen and we understand that, please contact directly in these situations for consideration. Please be aware that your session will be cancelled if you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment. ------------------------------------- Refunds Your booking fee for individual sessions will be refunded if the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before your session. The processing fee will be charged and deducted from the refund. Sessions purchased in the form of a package are not refundable. The 3 and 5 session packages are good for 6 months from the date of purchase. The 10 session package is good for 12 months from the date of purchase. After an absence of the allotted time from sessions, the remaining hours and balance are forfeited.
