I know what it’s like to stand at the edge of burnout, pain, and frustration—because I’ve been there.
For years, I battled chronic health conditions and exhaustion, cycling through doctors, medications, and dead ends. No one could explain why my body was fighting me—until I discovered the missing link: the mind-body connection. Through hypnotherapy and subconscious rewiring, I didn’t just manage symptoms; I uncovered the emotional roots of my physical pain and healed from within.
That transformation became my calling. Now, I blend clinical expertise with deep intuitive work to help others break free from what’s holding them back—for good.
Bridging Science and Spirit
With 25 years in healthcare—from paramedic to ER/ICU tech to trauma responder—I’ve seen how conventional medicine often prioritizes treating symptoms over finding and healing underlying causes. My roles in medical and behavioral health administration, as well as medical auditing, further exposed the gaps in our system’s approach to chronic stress, trauma, and habit change.
But it was my own journey with chronic health conditions, persistent pain from multiple injuries, and spiritual disconnection that led me to hypnotherapy. Completing over 500 hours of training in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy (which integrates spiritual awakening) at The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy gave me the tools to fuse evidence-based techniques with the deeper work of subconscious reprogramming.
How I Work Differently
